To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

What products can be returned?

  • You receive a defective or damaged product
  • You receive a wrong or different product from what you ordered
  • If the product has size issues

What products cannot be returned

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Customized products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products, toothbrush, soaps, shampoo, cloth pads, mensuration cups, inner wear).
  • Items that have been worn, washed or soiled
  • No return on discounted items.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and as soon as we have received the product, we will ship you the replacement.
  • Replacement of a product will be subject to availability of the product on the website at that time.
  • If the product is not available, we will give you full refund on the original source of payment.
  • If the product is available and the customer is not willing to have a replacement, we shall give a coupon of the same amount that can be used within 6 months from the date of issue


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned product, and let you know if the refund is approved and the amount will be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Please not it may take 5 to 7 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
